ROTTIE LIMITED (in liquidation)
Hamish John Pryde and Brent Thomas Dickins, accredited insolvency practitioners of CS Insolvency, a division of Coombe Smith (PN) Limited, Chartered Accountants, were appointed liquidators of the above-named company, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act, on 25 June 2018 at 8.30am.
Notice is given that the liquidators fix 27 July 2018 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act. Creditors who have not made a claim at the date declared may be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and may not object to that distribution.
