Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and Notice to Creditors to Claim

Wendy Somerville and Malcolm Hollis, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of BEST MOTORS LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Tauranga, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 18 June 2018 at 10.35am.

We fix 31 July 2018 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority.
