Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the above-named companies appointed Christopher Carey McCullagh, chartered accountant, and Stephen Mark Lawrence, both RITANZ Accredited Insolvency Practitioners of PKF Corporate Recovery & Insolvency (Auckland) Limited, jointly and severally as liquidators of the companies on the dates and times below:

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is given that the liquidators have fixed 16 July 2018 as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-named companies are to make their claims, and establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
