Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

On 7 June 2018 at 7.00pm it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders that ONE FISH (2018) LIMITED be liquidated and that John Albert Price is appointed for that purpose.

Notice is given that the liquidator does fix 18 July 2018 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and establish any priority they may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.

Explanation: The liquidation reflects the directors and shareholders desire to finalise the affairs of the company in an orderly manner as it has completed the purpose for which it was established and has ceased to trade.

A solvency certificate pursuant to section 243(9) of the Companies Act 1993 has been signed by the directors.
