Notice of Appointment of Replacement Liquidators

Rhys Cain, insolvency practitioner of Christchurch, and Rees Logan, chartered accountant of Auckland, were appointed liquidators of BELLA VISTA HOMES LIMITED (in liquidation), pursuant to section 283(2) of the Companies Act 1993, on 18 January 2018 at 10.20am in the place of Thomas Lee Rodewald and Kim Scott Thompson, who resigned as liquidators of the company on the same day.

Both Rees Logan and Rhys Cain are RITANZ Insolvency Practitioners accredited by Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
