On 31 May 2018 it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 that AYLESFORD FARM LIMITED be liquidated and that Pita Alexander of Christchurch, chartered accountant, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.

The liquidation has been commenced by the shareholders voluntarily for the purposes of restructuring.

The liquidation commenced on 31 May 2018.
