Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

On the 19 January 2018 at 12.00pm, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that NO ORDINARY MOMENTS LIMITED be liquidated and that Imran Mohammed Kamal, insolvency practitioner of Wellington, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
