Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

We, Stephen James Scott and Hayden Dashwood Trotter, chartered accountants of Feilding, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the above companies by special resolution of the shareholders on 13 June 2018, at 10.00am, the date that the liquidation commenced.

The liquidation is of solvent companies and is being done due to the companies having ceased to carry on business.
