Wendy Somerville and Malcolm Hollis, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of AVENGER STEEL LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Dunedin pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 on 10 May 2018 at 10.33am.

We fix 29 June 2018 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority.
