Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

On 11 June 2018 it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that the above-named companies be liquidated and that Heath Leslie Gair, of Palliser Insolvency, be appointed liquidator. The liquidations commenced on 11 June 2018 at 5.00pm. The directors of D.C. & S.A. HOLT LIMITED and BW & DW CONSULTING LIMITED signed a solvency certificate prior to liquidation. The date by which creditors can make claims and establish their priority is fixed for 9 July 2018.
