Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Iain McLennan and Peri Micaela Finnigan, CAANZ Accredited Insolvency Practitioners, of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the company by the shareholders of the company on 23 January 2017 at 8.30am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidators have fixed 2 March 2018 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claim may have in the liquidation.
