Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993

Colin Owens and David Vance of Deloitte were appointed liquidators, jointly and severally, of the below companies:

GOBANG HOLDINGS LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.24am and B-UNIVERSE LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.28am on 5 June 2018 at the High Court at Wellington.

INVERCARGILL BREWERY LIMITED (in receivership and in liquidation) at 1.07pm on 7 June 2018 at the High Court at Invercargill.

David Vance and Grant Jarrold of Deloitte were appointed liquidators jointly and severally of TAHUCRETE LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Christchurch on 7 June 2018 at 10.20am.

13 July 2018 is fixed as the last day for creditors to lodge and establish any priority their claims may have. Creditors who fail to lodge a claim by the distribution date will be excluded from that distribution and may not object to that distribution. Creditors claiming a security interest should urgently provide details to the liquidators.
