Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the above-named company, on 5 June 2018 at 12.20pm, appointed Kirk John Richardson, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, as liquidator of the above-named company.

The directors have resolved that the company will be able to pay its debts and a copy of the resolution has been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.

The undersigned does hereby fix 6 July 2018 as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-named company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993 or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved, or as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
