Notice of Appointment of Interim Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Iain McLennan and Colin Sanderson, accredited insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed joint and several interim liquidators of the company by the High Court at Hamilton on 29 May 2018 at 11.58am pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993.

The interim liquidators have fixed 6 July 2018 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claim may have in the liquidation.
