Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Boris van Delden and Iain McLennan, accredited insolvency practitioners, of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the company by the company’s shareholder on 30 May 2018 at 9.21am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidators have fixed 30 June 2018 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have in the liquidation.
