Wendy Somerville and Malcolm Hollis, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies by the High Court at Timaru pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 on 28 May 2018 at the times stated below:

• J C & E G LIMITED (in liquidation) at 11.12am.
