Peri Micaela Finnigan and Colin Sanderson, CAANZ Accredited Insolvency Practitioners, of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies by the shareholders of the companies on 28 May 2018 at 4.00pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidators have fixed 6 July 2018 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claim may have in the liquidations.
