Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Barthold Cleverley, chartered accountant of Auckland, was appointed as liquidator of MINT CASTLE BUSINESS LIMITED (in liquidation) by special resolution of its shareholder under section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”).

The liquidation commenced on 21 May 2018 at 2.00pm.

The directors have resolved that the company will be able to pay its debts. A copy of that resolution has been filed with the Registrar of Companies in accordance with section 243(8) of the Act.

The liquidator fixes Friday 15 June 2018 as the day on or before which any creditors of the company must make their claims and establish any priority under section 312 of the Act or be excluded from the benefit of any distribution or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
