Notice is hereby given that, subsequent to resolution as to solvency and in accordance with section 241(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholder of the above-named company on 23 May 2018 at 11.00am, appointed Geoffrey Alexander Hamilton of SME Financial Limited of Auckland and Manisha Kesha of SME Financial Limited of Auckland, as liquidators of the above-named company.

Notice is given that the liquidators fix 6 July 2018 as the day on or before which creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution. The creditors are requested to prove any claims should they consider that they have one.
