Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

On 18 May 2018 at 5.00pm, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that MAGNUS FIRE LIMITED be liquidated and that Imran Mohammed Kamal, insolvency practitioner of Wellington, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
