Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

On 17 May 2018 and 21 May 2018 respectively, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that the above-named companies be liquidated and that Heath Leslie Gair, of Palliser Insolvency, be appointed liquidator. The liquidations commenced on 17 May 2018 at 9.30am and 21 May 2018 at 5.00pm respectively. RANUI LIMITED was solvent at the time of liquidation. The date by which creditors can make claims and establish their priority is fixed for 22 June 2018 and 12 June 2018 respectively.
