Wendy Somerville and Malcolm Hollis, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of THE PRENZEL DISTILLING COMPANY LIMITED (in liquidation) by the shareholders pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) on 18 May 2018 at 10.48am.
