Notice of Intention to Appoint Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims

Pursuant to Section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

AMCOR INVESTMENTS (NEW ZEALAND) LIMITED and AMCOR FINANCE (NZ) LIMITED ceased to trade in 2015 and, following a group review, it has been determined that these two companies will be liquidated. These are to be solvent liquidations with all creditors to be paid. David Vance and Colin Owens are to be appointed liquidators.

Any party that believes they are creditors of either of the companies should contact the proposed liquidators by 15 June 2018 to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.

Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and those creditors may not object to that distribution.
