Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

On 15 May 2018 it was resolved by special resolutions of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that the above companies be liquidated and that Christopher Robert Ross Horton be appointed liquidator as at the below times:

BETHANY INVESTMENTS LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.22am.

WORTHWHILE LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.20am.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is given that the liquidator fixes 13 June 2018 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and establish any priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distributions made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distributions.

Further, I give notice that pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 and having filed with the registrar the liquidator’s first and final reports on the liquidations, that it is intended to remove the companies from the New Zealand Register. Any objection to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Companies Act 1993 must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies no later than 20 June 2018.
