Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Kenneth Peter Brown and Paul Thomas Manning were appointed joint and several liquidators of R & S OLDFIELD LIMITED on 14 May 2018 at 10.00am. The liquidation is a solvent voluntary liquidation.
