Notice is hereby given that Victoria Toon, chartered accountant of Auckland, was appointed as sole liquidator of THE TOTAL SAVER LIMITED by the High Court at Auckland, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 11 May 2018 at 10.52am.

I fix 12 June 2018 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
