Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Companies Act 1993, Section 255(2)(a)

On 10 May 2018 it was resolved by resolution of the shareholders pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 that ELWOOD VICTORIA LIMITED be liquidated and that Noel Allan Walton, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for that purpose.

The liquidation commenced on 10 May 2018 at 4.00pm.

Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes 18 June 2018 as the date on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.

Please note this is a liquidation of a solvent company. The liquidation is being undertaken as part of a group restructuring. This company recently sold its catering business known as Victoria Food Service and is otherwise unrelated to the current owner of the business trading as Victoria Food Service.

The liquidators propose not to call a meeting of creditors as provided by section 245(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
