Notice is hereby given that, on 30 April 2018, the liquidation of the above-named company, whose registered office is at 218 Mill Road, RD 1, Takapau 4286, commenced when the shareholders appointed Jurgen Werner Herbke, chartered accountant, as liquidator.

The company has no known creditors, and notice is hereby given that pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Act it is intended to remove the company from the New Zealand Register of Companies.

Any objection to the removal, under section 321 of the Act, must be lodged with the Registrar together with the grounds for such objection no later than 11 June 2018.
