Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Wendy Somerville and Malcolm Hollis, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies by the High Court at Tauranga pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) on 7 May 2018 at the times stated below:

• SURSINGH ENTERPRISES LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.31am.
• SURSINGH HORTICULTURE LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.32am.
• BM PANEL & PAINT LIMITED (in liquidation) (formerly BM PANELBEATER LIMITED) at 10.35am.

We fix 15 June 2018 as the day by which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims, and to establish any priority.
