Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Tony Leonard Maginness and Jared Waiata Booth, CAANZ Accredited Insolvency Practitioners of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the company by a special resolution of the shareholders of the company on 15 January 2018 at 9.00am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidators hereby fix 26 February 2018 as the last day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
