Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Mohammed Najjar and Gavin Moss, both chartered accountants of CHIFLEY Advisory, Sydney, Australia, were appointed as liquidators of the above-named company by special shareholder’s resolution on 26 April 2018 at 5.12pm (NZ).

Christine Jane Johnston and Craig William Melhuish, both chartered accountants of Christchurch, were appointed as agents for the liquidators of the above-named company.

Notice to Creditors to Claim

The liquidators fix 28 May 2018 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are able to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
