Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

On 13 December 2017 and 8 January 2018, it was resolved by special resolutions, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that the above-named companies be liquidated and that Heath Leslie Gair, of Palliser Insolvency, be appointed liquidator. The liquidations commenced on 13 December 2017 at 3.00pm and 8 January 2018 at 8.30am respectively. The date by which creditors can make claims and establish their priority is fixed for 16 February 2018.
