Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

On 24 April 2018 at 5.00pm the shareholders of BURNSIDE (DUNEDIN) LIMITED passed a special resolution putting the company into liquidation and appointed Trevor Edwin Laing, insolvency practitioner, of Trevor Laing & Associates Limited, as liquidator.

The liquidator fixes Wednesday 30 May 2018 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to file any claims and establish any priority.

Please note that this liquidation results from a restructuring of the company which has at all times been solvent and has no known outstanding creditors.
