Notice of Appointment of Lquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Boris van Delden and Peri Micaela Finnigan, CAANZ Accredited Insolvency Practitioners of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the company by the sole shareholder of the company on 23 April 2018 at 4.00pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidators have fixed 15 June 2018 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claim may have in the liquidation.
