Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims

Pursuant to Section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

David Sean Webb and David Stuart Vance, chartered accountants and RITANZ Accredited Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed liquidators of the above-named company by the resolution of shareholders dated 19 April 2018 at 4.40pm.

The liquidators have fixed 28 May 2018 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.

Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and those creditors may not object to that distribution.
