Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Take notice that TEU TRAINING LIMITED (in liquidation) resolved pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 on 16 April 2018 to be put into liquidation.

Paul William Gerrard (Gus) Jenkins and Iain Andrew Nellies were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.

The liquidation commenced on 16 April 2018 at 1.04pm and creditors may make enquiries from the liquidators whose address is c/o Insolvency Management Limited, 248 High Street, PO Box 1058, Dunedin 9054.
