Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Take notice that FREEMAN CONSTRUCTION LIMITED (in liquidation) resolved pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 on 9 April 2018 to be put into liquidation.

Wayne John Deuchrass and Iain Andrew Nellies were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.

The liquidation commenced on 9 April 2018 at 11.30am and creditors may make enquiries from the liquidators whose address is c/o Insolvency Management Limited, 8b Homersham Place, PO Box 20009, Christchurch 8543.
