Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

On 20 April 2018 at 2.55pm it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholder(s), pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that MJL ROOFING LIMITED be liquidated and that Imran Mohammed Kamal, insolvency practitioner of Wellington, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
