Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 255(2) of the Companies Act 1993 that, by way of entry in the minute book of the above-named companies in accordance with section 122 of the Companies Act 1993, John Michael Gilbert was appointed liquidator of the above-named companies on the date and time below:

10 April 2018

CARNEGIE GRAPHICS LIMITED (in liquidation) at 11.15am.

11 April 2018

CARNEGIE SPORTS MARKETING LIMITED (in liquidation) at 6.00pm.

A certificate of solvency has been signed by the director for both above-named companies.

The liquidator does hereby fix 17 May 2018 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claim, and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made, or as the case may be from objecting to any distribution.

Explanatory Note: The director has chosen to liquidate these solvent companies as part of a restructuring of his affairs.
