Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Graham Clyde Chapman, of Chapmans Chartered Accountants Limited, was appointed as liquidator of the company by special shareholders’ resolution on 20 February 2018 at 1.00pm.

Notice to Creditors to Claim

We fix 28 May 2018 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.

Note: The company is solvent and is being liquidated following the death of the principal shareholder.
