Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to Section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

Vivian Judith Fatupaito, of KPMG, was appointed liquidator of the society, pursuant to a resolution passed by members at the society’s annual general meeting on 24 August 2017 and then subsequently ratified by special resolution of the members at a special general meeting on 12 December 2017 at 8.30am, as required under section 24 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908.

The liquidation commenced on 13 April 2018 at 4.00pm, after the liquidator consented to the appointment, having received a solvency certificate from the officers of the society. The officers have certified that the society is solvent.

Notice to Creditors to Claim

Pursuant to Liquidation Regulation 12 of the Companies Act 1993

The liquidator fixes 14 May 2018 as the day on or before which the creditors of the society are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
