Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Steven Khov, Damien Grant and Brenton Hunt, insolvency practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the above-named company on 15 January 2018 at 9.11pm, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”).

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

We fix 14 February 2018 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
