Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

On 11 April 2018 and 12 April 2018 respectively, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that the above-named companies be liquidated and that Heath Leslie Gair, of Palliser Insolvency, be appointed liquidator. The liquidations commenced on 11 April 2018 at 10.13am and 12 April 2018 at 9.30am respectively. The date by which creditors can make claims and establish their priority is fixed for 11 May 2018 and 12 May 2018.
