Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

On 13 April 2018 at 4.00pm, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that FRASER BUILD LIMITED be liquidated and that Imran Mohammed Kamal, insolvency practitioner of New Zealand, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
