Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

Wendy Somerville and Malcolm Hollis, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of TOTAL LED SOLUTIONS LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Christchurch pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 on 12 April 2018 at 10.12am.

We fix 31 May 2018 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority.
