Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Boris van Delden and Peri Micaela Finnigan, CAANZ Accredited Insolvency Practitioners, of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the company by the High Court at Auckland on 12 April 2018 at 10.04am pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidators have fixed 31 May 2018 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claim may have in the liquidation.
