Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to Section 24 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908

Number of Incorporated Society: 225628

Michael Horn was appointed liquidator of the above incorporated society by resolution passed at a special general meeting on 19 February 2018 which was confirmed at a subsequent special general meeting held on 24 March 2018 at 4.30pm.

Note: The club is a solvent entity winding up.

Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims

The liquidator has fixed 31 May 2018 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.

Creditors who have not made a claim at that date, and a distribution is declared, will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and may not object to that distribution.
