Marcus McMillan and John Fisk, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of IDRIVE LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Wellington pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) on 10 April 2018 at 10.35am.

We fix 18 May 2018 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority.
