Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Companies Act 1993, Section 3, 255(2)(a)

On 28 March 2018 it was resolved pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 that MAHNAH FARM LIMITED be voluntary liquidated and that Anne Lynette Marett of Ashburton, chartered accountant, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.

The voluntary liquidation commenced on 28 March 2018.
