Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

On 12 January 2018 at 2.50pm it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that WESTFORCE LIMITED be liquidated and that Imran Mohammed Kamal, insolvency practitioner of Wellington, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
